Installing WWGM Toolkit is Optional

Summary
From Windchill release 12.0.2.0, the Windchill Workgroup Manager Toolkit contents are not installed by default, when installing Windchill Workgroup Manager. Installing Windchill Workgroup Manager Toolkit is now optional. You can select it at Application Selection step in the WGM Installation Assistant. After selecting this option, Windchill Workgroup Manager Toolkit is installed under Windchill Workgroup Manager installation point.
