Canceling a Meeting
Only the meeting creator can cancel a meeting. Canceling a meeting also deletes it from Windchill. You cannot cancel a meeting that already includes meeting minutes.

To cancel and delete a meeting, use the following procedure:
1. In the Meetings or My Meetings table, select the checkbox next to the meeting you want to cancel.
2. Click the cancel meeting icon on the table toolbar.
3. Click OK.
The meeting is canceled, and all participants are sent a notification email informing them of the cancelation.
