Environmental Compliances
The Environmental Compliances table displays the compliance status of the specified part. A compliance status is a value assigned to a part or product based on the validation of materials and substances of the part or product against an established set of environmental regulations known as compliance specifications.
The following table lists the compliance specifications that are supported by Windchill Compliance.

The valid compliance statuses are as follows:

Description
Pass
Specifies the compliance status assigned to a part that does not contain controlled substances that exceed the threshold limit specified by the compliance specification.
Pass with exemptions
Specifies that the compliance status of the part is pass with exemptions.
Partial Fail
Specifies that the compliance status of the part is partial fail.
Indeterminate
Specifies that the compliance status of the part is indeterminate.
Attention Needed
Specifies the compliance status assigned to a part that contains a controlled substance that exceeds the threshold limit specified by the compliance specification and a valid exemption has not been applied.
Reportable
Specifies the compliance status assigned to a part which contains controlled substance that exceeds the threshold limit, does not have a valid exemption according to the compliance specification, and must meet certain reporting obligations.
Fail
Specifies that the compliance status of the part is fail.
Not to be considered
Specifies that the part must not be considered in the compliance status calculation for the specified compliance specification.
No data
Specifies that the compliance status of the part is no data.
Not applicable
Specifies that the compliance specification is not applicable for the part.
