Editing Filters
A filter allows you to display only the parts of a collection or structure that interest you. For example, if you have a large package collection, you can apply a filter to show only objects of a certain type. The edit filters action launches the Edit Filters window, which displays the filters available for your collection or structure on tabs within the window.
Use the following procedure to apply filters:
1. Click the edit filters icon or select Edit Filters from the Actions menu.
The Edit Filters window opens.
2. Select a tab from the top of the window to set the filter. Depending on your site’s configuration and the object from which you launched the Edit Filters window, the filters available may vary.
3. Click OK to apply your filters and close the window.
You can launch the Edit Filters window from the following objects or from actions that employ the collector tool:
