Set Up Participants Table
If you are assigned to a role that requires the setup of participants, you may be able to access the Set Up Participants table. The information page of such a task provides embedded help at the top of the page indicating you can use the Set Up Participants tab to assign participants to different roles in the process. Click the tab to view the Set Up Participants table
The Set Up Participants table includes only those team members associated with this task or role. Some team members may not appear because they are not visible to your role. In this table, you can add or remove participants. If you click the add participants icon , the Find Participant window opens, allowing you to find and select users to assign to a role.
