Incorporating an Unincorporated Change
The Edit Unincorporated Changes window allows you to incorporate any approved unincorporated changes.
You must create a new change notice to incorporate an unincorporated change. To incorporate an unincorporated change, do the following:
1. When unincorporated changes exist for an object in the
Resulting Objects table of the
New Change Task or
Edit Change Task window, click the edit unincorporated changes icon
of the object you wish to change.
2. In the Edit Unincorporated Changes window that displays, if the unincorporated change is approved, you can select Incorporate in the Incorporation Plan column, and you can indicate the planned revision.
