註冊非 Windchill 使用者
此程序描述如何註冊非 Windchill 使用者。將非 Windchill 使用者新增至專案小組時，註冊可透過電子郵件通知完成。執行下列步驟：
1. 以專案建立者身份登入。
2. 建立專案。
3. 轉至專案的
「小組」頁，然後按一下「新增參與者到小組」圖示
。
4. 在「電子郵件邀請函」下，新增非 Windchill 使用者電子郵件 ID (例如 abc@gmail.com)。
abc@gmail.com 的使用者必須開啟傳送的電子郵件，並按一下電子郵件中的「註冊」動作。
欲配置 Windchill ProjectLink 自行註冊，請變更 <windchill>/conf/register/reg.properties 檔案中的下列屬性
