License Over-Allocation | Licenses are over-allocated | Administrators receive daily or weekly notifications about over allocated licenses until the over allocated licenses are revoked. You can use the Windchill preference License Overage Check to set the notification frequency as Daily or Weekly (Monday). The value of the isEnforced flag must be set to false for the check frequency to take effect. |
Entitlement Changes | License entitlements are edited or updated | When an administrator edits or updates a license entitlement, Windchill sends a notification confirming the changes made to the entitlement. Updates made to the license entitlement may include: • Addition or removal of license features • Change in purchased quantity of license • Change in expiration date of an existing license feature • License is acquired for the first time and updated with entitlements |
Notification of type ‘No Valid License’ cannot be removed. You can navigate to License Notifications tab by clicking the bell icon displayed on browser page. |
