Installing Windchill Customer Experience Management or QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action
When installing Windchill Customer Experience Management or QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action solutions from the PTC Solution Installer (PSI), the following points apply:
• Customers using Customer Experience Management [CEM] module or QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (Med-dev) must not update their system with QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (General) module even though it is selectable in PTC Solution Installer.
• Customers using QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (General) must not update their system with QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (Med-Dev) module even though it is selectable in PTC Solution Installer.
