Creating Measurement Systems
Use the following procedure to create a new measurement system:
1. Right-click on
Manage Measurement Systems in the navigation pane on the left of the
Type and Attribute Management utility, and select
New Measurement System
.
2. In the New Measurement System window, type a unique Name for the new measurement system. This value must be unique. The name can contain no more than 50 characters.
3. Click
OK to create the new measurement system. The information page for the newly created measurement system is displayed in
edit mode.
Click Apply to create the measurement system, and keep the New Measurement System window open to create another measurement system.
