Allow users to create a new part request using the New Part Request action on the Folder Contents page. As a prerequisite, an administrator should add users of the license group to appropriate policy access rule for those users to execute the New Part Request action successfully. Without the policy access rule configuration, the New Part Request action will be visible, but the execution of the action will be terminated with an error.
