Summary
For the Named Licenses, the Windchill site administrator receives a notification about over allocation of licenses.
From Windchill 12.0.1.0, you can use the preference License Overage Check to set the frequency of notification check either to Daily or Weekly (Monday). The value of the isEnforced flag must be set to false for the check frequency to take effect.
