Benefit
The Business Administrative Change utility is an enhancement to the existing business administrative change promotion command-line utility. The UI utility simplifies the process of moving administrative changes made in a pre-production Windchill system to a production Windchill system.
Additional Details
The Business Administrative Change utility contains three tabs: Export Changes, Import Changes, and Import Mappings.
The Export Changes tab provides the ability to create an export package containing business administrative objects, such as preferences, profiles, workflow templates, and so on, in the source system.
The Import Changes tab provides the ability to import the administrative objects to the target system.
The Import Mappings tab enables you to avoid conflicts during import by mapping attribute values between the source and target system.
