Enables Option Managers to set the order the options and choices in an option set independent of grouping assignment.

The new site preference Select Group-Dependent Ordering under the Options and Variants node determines setting the order of options and choices in an option set to be either dependent or independent of grouping. By default, this preference is set to Yes indicating that the Option Manager can set ordering of options and choices in an option set only within its assigned group.

When the preference is set to No, the Option Manager can set the order of options and choices independent of groups. When the Option Set contains one or more groups, the Enable Ordering and Disable Ordering actions become available. The Enable Ordering action allows for ordering the options and choices independent of groups, hiding both the Manage Choices action and the group nodes in the tree. When the Option Manager uses the Disable Ordering action, the Manage Choices action becomes available and the groups nodes are displayed in the tree.

The Default with Group view is added in this release as an available table view.
