Organization Specific Configurations
The following sections describe how to configure Windchill Integration for MES to work within organizations.
How to configure organization specific Windchill Integration for MES workflows
By default the publication of business objects is done using the site specific Release To Manufacturing workflow.
To publish using an organization specific Windchill Integration for MES workflow use the following procedure:
1. Select Organization, and then Utilities.
2. Open the Workflow Template Administration utility.
3. Save the Release to Manufacturing template in the Site context to the Organization context.

If the template name has been changed to something other than Release To Manufacturing you must modify the Windchill Integration for MES preference Workflow Template, found in the Workflow category. This will ensure that the new template, with the proper name, is used during the publication of objects within the organization context.

How to configure organization specific Windchill Integration for MES teams
By default the publication of business objects is done using the site specific ESITeam template.
To publish using an organization specific Windchill Integration for MES team use the following procedure:
1. Select Organization, and then Utilities.
2. Open the Team Administration utility.
3. Save the ESI Team template in the Site context to the Organization context.
4. Add the following required users:
◦ ESI Administrator
◦ Change Admin III
◦ ESI Engineer

If the template name has been changed to something other than ESI Team you must modify the Windchill Integration for MES preference Team, found in the Workflow category. This will ensure that the new template, with the proper name, is used during the publication of objects within the organization context.
