Autonumbering for Service Subtypes
When Windchill Service Information Manager is installed, it automatically enables autonumbering for Windchill Service Information Manager subtypes. If an existing product context has autonumbering disabled, be aware that an Object Initialization Rule (OIR) enables autonumbering for the following subtypes:
• Information Structure for the information structures
• Content Holder for information structures and publication structures
• Publication Section for publication structures
• Index for publication structures
• Table of Contents for publication structures

If autonumbering for Windchill Service Information Manager subtypes is disabled, an error message explains that autonumbering is required (for example, when generating a publication structure from an information structure).
