Managing User License Entitlements
Administrators can add users to license groups to entitle users to Windchill features. To disable access to Windchill features to a user, the administrator removes that user from that user group. To identify the set of actions available per license, navigate to Site > Profiles to view the definition of license profiles.

Users can access Windchill only if they are added to the license group associated with the license that has been purchased.

Before performing these steps, PTC recommends that you navigate to License Information page and review the available license count.
To entitle a user to license, perform the following steps:
1. Click Site >  Profiles. The Profiles page appears.
2. In the Profile Members section, click the license group. The license group details screen appears.
3. Click Actions > Edit Group. The Edit Group dialog box is displayed.
4. Click Add Members.
5. To add members click Add icon .
6. Click Finish.
