Publishing Documents with Multibyte Character in Filename
With UTF-8 encoding, Creo View adapters for Windchill supports the publishing of data with multi-byte filename and attribute characters. For more information, see Support for UTF-8 in the Creo View MCAD Adapters Installation and Configuration Guide or Creo View Help Center.
You can use a single worker to publish files containing multiple locales in filenames, attributes, and so on in Windchill Visualization, provided the worker is configured with a UTF-8 compliant FTP server.
After installing Windchill, configure the property ftp.client.control.encoding=UTF-8 in wvs.properties to allow the publishing of documents that contain multibyte characters in filename.
