Rules
Rules to consider for the recipe language are as follows:
The recipe language is case insensitive.
If a string contains a space, use quotes. For example, the baseline name is test baseline.

Otherwise, quotes are optional.
If multiple values are allowed, then they are separated using a comma within quotes (“,”) as indicated in the example below:
Unless otherwise noted, input allows multiple values.
Some objects such as Windchill baseline allow a comma in its name. In this instance, use the escape character \ (backslash) to distinguish from a multi value separator.
All directory paths are either absolute or relative.
