To complete a PSI installation on a Windows server you must first disable the Windows firewall, and the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration option.

Disabling the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration option allows you to continue with your installation without having to first agree to install each product component, while disabling the Windows Firewall prevents access permission problems on ports used by the Windchill solution during installation.
