Classification Search Results
The Search Results table displays the objects returned by your search.
Various actions are available from the Search Results table Actions menu and row-level right-click actions. The actions that appear depend on the object, your access, and the PTC solutions installed at your site. For more information, see Search Results Table.
The Search Results table includes additional functionality when performing a classification search (a search that includes at least one value under the Classification field, or that is launched from the Classification Explorer). For more information, see Searching for Classified Objects.
View classification values in table columns
Create custom table view that include classification attribute columns.
For more information, see Customizing Table Views.

• This is available only if your search is restricted to one binding attribute and node pair.
• If you create a custom table view that includes classification attributes, that table view is only available to reuse when searching against the same classification node.
• The available attribute columns depend on the class node you are searching against. For example, if you are searching against the FASTENER class, you will not be able to add attributes that are specific to the BEARING class node.
Filter by classification class and attribute
Use the Refine Results pane to filter search results by classification values.

The classification facets that appear are the same attributes defined in the classification administration Layouts tab for the class node you are searching against. The order in which classification attributes are listed follows the order they are defined in the layout (traversing horizontally).
Launch Find Similar Objects
The visibility of this action depends on your user access and the properties set at your site.

Download schematics
When performing a classification search, the Download Schematic action appears in the Search Results table toolbar and Actions menu.

This action is only available when the search results are populated with objects classified against a single node with a common binding attribute. If multiple binding attributes or nodes are represented in the search results, this action is not available. The action only appears if the node (or its parent node) also has a schematic.
However, if you perform a search against a single node that has a schematic, the action will still appear even if your search returns no parts.
Save classification searches
Create saved searches that include classification attributes and values. You can share saved searches with other users.

Some actions are only available if you access the Search Results table by conducting an advanced classification search. The following actions are not available if accessing search results from the Classification Explorer:
