Resetting Replication for Undelivered Items
If replication completes with status of Completed with Error, Failed or Aborted, some of the files may not have reached the File Server site. Another attempt to replicate these files will occur automatically when the next replication for the same vault runs after 2 days.
If you want to attempt to replicate the missing content again before the end of the 2-day period, you can reset replication for these items by using the procedure below. This procedure removes references to the content that did not replicate properly. The next time that the replication process runs, these items are replicated.
You reset replication for undelivered items from the Vault Configuration window. To access this window, click Utilities > File Server Administration > Vault Configuration, available from Products , Libraries , and Site .
To reset replication for undelivered objects:
1. Select the File Server vault or File Server site and then select Object > Reset Undelivered Replication Items.
*
Selecting Object > Reset Replication removes references to ALL previously replicated content for a target site. All content which has replication rules defined for it is replicated to the site at the next run of replication. The File Server site may still contain content which has been uploaded to its cache. References to this content are NOT removed. This option should be used with extreme caution before the site is scheduled to be unregistered.
2. In the Notice window that opens, click OK.
