The name used to identify the note template.

The location where the note template resides. Click the set location icon  to select a location. |

Note Text
|
The standardized text of the note template.
This field allows up to 1333 characters, however, only a subset will be displayed in the Note Text column of the Templates table. The number of displayed characters is determined by the user preference that is set for tables. The default value is 30 characters.

Enabled
|
When selected, the status of the template is enabled.
