Viewing a Team Template
To view a team template and its properties, use the procedure below:
1. Right-click the team template you want to view from the Team Templates page to display the actions menu.
2. Click View Information.
The page displays the following details about the team template:
Name of the team template
Enabled status
Description for the team template
Team Members table
The General table appears at the top of the page and contains the name, enabled status, and description of the team template. You can customize the tabs that appear on each object information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Information Page Tabs.
The Team Member table appears at the bottom of the page and displays the following information:
Column
Description
Roles
The roles associated with the team template being viewed.
Participants
The participant names associated with each role for the team template being viewed. If this column is blank, no participants have been assigned to the role.
The user's name appears as a hyperlink if the user's entry in the directory service has an email address listed.
