There are several kinds of templates that you can work with at the site level. They include the following: document templates, library templates, life cycle templates, product templates, project templates, program templates, and other templates. The Templates table displays the templates based on the current view. From the view drop-down list next to the table name, select the type of template you are interested in viewing.

The site administrator can create all templates.

In addition to all the templates an organization administrator can create, a site administrator can create organization templates.(Arbortext Content Manager, Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink only)
