Finding Participants Who have Defined Permissions
When you are managing the security of an object, you can display the participants who have permissions explicitly defined for them on the object.
Select All Defined Access from the view drop-down list on the Access table to display the list of participants who have permissions defined for them on the object. The participants listed are those who are actually named in either a policy access control rule or in an ad hoc access control rule. The Participant column can contain users, groups, or organizations. The corresponding permissions are displayed in the Permissions column with granted permissions checked.
If you are not authorized to see the information about a specific participant for which an explicit permission is set, you will see (Secured information) in the Participant column.
If you do not have the ability to change whether a specific permission is granted or not, the checkbox in front of the permission is disabled.
For more information, see Access Table (Single Object).
