Null Label Values
The null value for each security label is unrestricted, meaning all users are cleared for the security label and can access the object if they have the required access control permissions. Unless otherwise specified by an object initialization rule, the null value is the default value for a security label setting on an object.
The default display name for the null value is “Null” on a standard security label, but a meaningful, localizable display name can be defined, such as “Unclassified” or “Public Information”. The default display for a custom security label is a blank text field.
