Standard Profiles Information Page
The information page for each standard profile is accessed by clicking the view information icon on the Standard Profiles table.
The information page provides details specific to each profile, including the criteria that was selected when the profile was originally created. Profile attributes are listed at the top of the page. These attributes include whether the profile is enabled for use and is searchable.
Actions
The following actions are available from the Actions drop-down list:

Description
Edit the criteria in the profile.
Exports the selected profile outside the Windchill system.
Saves the profile as another name.
Disable Profile
Disables the profile from use. When the profile is disabled, it is not visible or selectable from any context and all member associations are unaffected.
Delete Profile
Deletes the profile.
Edit Attribute Visibility
Edits the reusable attributes and their constraints that are associated with the profile.
Tables
The following describes the tables that appear on the information page. If nothing was defined at the time the profile was created, the table will be empty:
Table Name
Table Description
The actions and areas of the user interface that are selected, and therefore visible for the profile being viewed.
Reusable Attributes
The reusable attributes associated with the profile and the visibility constraints that are set for those reusable attributes.
Click the edit attribute visibility icon to edit the reusable attributes and their constraints that are associated with the profile.
Profile Members
The users, groups, and organizations that are associated with the profile being viewed. From the view drop-down list, you can choose to view All, Groups Only, Organizations Only, or Users Only.
