User Information Page
The user information page is a collection point for information related to the user. It contains attribute information about a user and displays the groups to which the user is a member, profiles that the user is a member of, and attributes to which the user has visibility. The information page of a user is accessed by clicking the information icon
.
From the information page, you can perform actions on a user, as well as view the object attributes and any related information.

Actions
Information pages contain a list of applicable actions in a menu in the upper left corner of the page. See
Common Actions for a list of common actions available in Windchill. The availability of these actions depends on the status of the user, as well as your access to it. For more information about status indicators, see
Object Status.

Edit User | Opens the Edit User window to modify user attribute values. |

Tabs
You can customize the tabs that appear on each object information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see
Customizing Information Page Tabs.
The Details tab displays information about the user.
• The Attributes section contains information about the user such as the full name, email address, and user status. Many of the attributes are set when the user is created and can be modified by editing the user object.
• The Groups table lists all groups that have the current user as a member.
The following table lists the columns in the table:
Column | Description |
Name | Specifies the name of a group. |
View Information | The view information icon opens the information page of the group that has the current user as a member. |
Distinguished Name | Specifies the unique directory name associated with the group. This name is made up of directory attributes that include the group name and directory location. |
• The Profiles table lists all profiles of which the current user is a member. This includes profiles that are indirectly extended to the user. For example, if the user is added to a group that is a member of a profile, that profile is then extended to the user.

Object Type Indicator | Indicates with an icon if the profile is a: • Standard profile • License profile |
Name | Specifies the name of a profile. |
View Information | The view information icon opens the information page of the profile that has the current user as a member. |
Context | Specifies the context of the profile. |
