New Organization — Assign to a Profile
In the Assign to Profiles step, you can select the profiles to which an organization should be added as a member.
Profiles allow the site and organization administrator to dynamically control which actions are visible to an organization by associating that information with a profile. A profile represents a typical category of participant within a company and is based on the roles and privileges associated with that participant category.

Organizations can be added to a profile in the New Organization window, and the Edit Organization window. You will need to create a profile on the New Organization window, prior to adding an organization. For more information, see About Profiles.
Use the following procedure to identify the profiles to which the organization should be added as a member:
1. Select the Assign to Profiles step.
2. On the Assign to Profiles step, click the add profile to list icon.
The Profiles window opens.
3. Search for and select the profiles you want to assign to the organization. For more information, see Finding Participants.
4. To remove profiles that have been added to the table, select the checkbox in front of each profile and click the remove selected objects icon.
5. Click Apply to add the profile assignment to the database,
or
Click Finish to add the profile assignment and close the New Organization window.
