Table Name
Description
AML/AVL
Any approved manufacturer and vendor parts associated with an OEM part for a specific sourcing context.
You can use this table to add or remove supplier parts, or change their sourcing status. Use the table drop-down menu to change the sourcing context within which to view the AML/AVL.
For more information, see Managing the AML/AVL.
AML/AVL for All Sourcing Contexts
The approved manufacturer and vendor parts associated with an OEM part for all sourcing contexts.
Allocations
Allocations associated with the part instance.
If the part instance version is incorporated, the table includes only the incorporated part instance versions that are relevant given their incorporation dates. If a part instance version is not incorporated, the table includes only the latest relevant part instances versions.
Select the Allocates view to see only the part instances that this part instance allocates. Select Allocated By to see only the part instances that allocate this part instance.
Assigned Item Choices
Any option choices assigned to a part, as well as the option or option set to which the choice belongs.
Assigned Option Set
Displays the option set assigned to a part, product, or library.
The assigned option set determines the options and choices that you can assign to parts and part usage links. It also determines which options and choices are available for selection from the Option Filter.
For more information, see Using Option Sets to Organize Product Families.
Any attachments to the object other than primary content. Attachments can be a local file, a URL link, or an externally stored source of content.
You can use this table to download or view attachments, as well as edit existing attachments.
Attributes
The properties of the object, such as name, number, version, and state.
A visualization may also display the published representation of the selected object in Creo View.
For more information, see Object Attributes.
Classifications
Attributes specifically related to the part classification.
If the part classification module is installed, this table appears with the Attributes table on a part information page. For more information, see Classifying Parts.
Effectivity
The effectivity is the planned date, lot, or serial number at which old versions of the object are replaced with new versions in production.
You can update and delete an existing effectivity value only on an individual object basis. To view this table, you must have product or library administrative permissions.
End Items
Any end items associated with the product.
An end item is the top assembly part in a product structure. It typically represents a product that is manufactured and delivered to customers.
Include in Delivery Attachments
Downloadable attachments added to a package.
This table is available by selecting Primary Content on the information page of a package.
Logic References
Logic references created from the selected configurable part that might be applied when creating additional configurable parts. A logic reference enables you to reuse parameter values from one configurable part for another.
From this table you can add or remove logic references associated with the configurable part. For more information on creating and assigning logic references, see Assigning a Logic Reference to Another Configurable Parts.
Makes
Hierarchy of raw-material and semi-finished parts that make a finished part. The hierarchy begins from the selected raw-material or semi-finished part and ends at the first finished part. For more information, see Raw Material, Semi-finished Parts, and Finished Parts.
More Attributes
Additional modeled, industry-related, and site-defined properties of the object.
