Creating a Master Process Plan in the Process Plan Browser (PPB)
You have created Specification_Plant_Sweden setup till this point. In the Specification_Plant_Sweden you can use the machine and robots to assemble parts or to do any other manufacturing processes on parts. You need to add parts and the sequence of operations.
Next, you need to create a common process that is applicable across all the actual plants, instances, and physical entities such as India and Brazil. For this, the main prerequisite is that the compatibility between the Specification_Plant_Sweden specification and the other instances is equivalent. In the process plan that you are about to create, four operations are added. The first operation is to assemble crankshaft and sprocket. This assembly is then passed on to the second operation. The subsequent operations assemble the pulley, connecting rod, and piston assembly. In a Master Process Plan, the Advanced MRB plays a critical role in creating the following process plan in the Process Plan Browser (PPB).
