Exporting Delegates
Exporting delegates creates an LDIF file on your local system based on a specified subtree of the LDAP directory. LDIF files created by exporting delegates can be
imported by the delegate administrator.
To export delegates, use the following procedure:
1. Display the Export Delegates page by clicking the corresponding link in the gray navigation bar on the left side of the window.
2. Select the subtree you want to export:
◦ If you select a repository type from the Repository Type drop-down list, but do not select a type identifier from the Type Identifier drop-down list, then the repository type's subtree is exported.
◦ If you select both a repository type from the Repository Type drop-down list and a type identifier from the Type Identifier drop-down list, then the type identifier's subtree is exported.
3. Click Export.
