Adding an Annotation to the Affected Objects Table

Data Management Capabilities > Managing Change > Associated Annotations > Adding an Annotation > Adding an Annotation to the Affected Objects Table

Use the following procedure to populate the Affected Objects table when creating or editing a change request or change task:

1. Select Add from Structural Annotations from the toolbar actions menu of the Affected Objects table.

2. Select a structural annotation and click OK.

3. The system adds the list of parts to the Affected Objects table.
