Generating a Security Audit Report and Exporting to a File
Audit reports can be generated by exporting the content to a CSV or XML file on the client.
Use the following procedure to generate and export your report to a file:
1. Click Generate. The Generate Report and Export to File window appears.
2. From the File Type drop-down, select the type of file format in which you want the report saved.
◦ CSV - (Comma-Separated Values) This file format is compatible with Microsoft Excel.
◦ XML - (Extensible Markup Language) This file format can be used with any XML editor.
3. Click OK to save the file.
A File Download window appears in which you can choose a location to save the report to the client.
