Monitoring Changes to Permission Settings
After an object (such as a folder, document, or part) is created, you can monitor any changes made to the permission settings for the object as well as changes to the team membership, which may change who has access to the object. The Edit Access Control event keeps track of this information. To be notified by email when changes occur, subscribe to the event. From the actions available for an object, select the Subscribe action and then select the Edit Access Control event from the window that opens.
