Viewing License Notification
The License Notifications tab displays all the notifications of all licenses that are due to expire in 30 days. All notifications are displayed in the notification table. A notification is also sent when Windchill is not configured with a valid license.
Click to remove one or more notifications from License Notifications table.
License notifications are sent to those members who are part of the administrator group. The following table describes the notification types, trigger, and their interval:

License-Expiration or Feature Expiration
License or license feature is due to expire in 30 days
The administrators receive notification at following intervals:
• days before due date
• days before expiration
• Every day before 7 days of expiration
No Valid License
License has expired or license not acquired
Windchill presents a notification to the administrator every time the method server or background method server is started.
License Over-Allocation
Licenses are over-allocated
Administrators receive daily notifications about over allocated licenses until the over allocated licenses are revoked.
Entitlement Changes
License entitlements are edited or updated
When an administrator edits or updates a license entitlement, Windchill sends a notification confirming the changes made to the entitlement.
Updates made to the license entitlement may include:
• Addition or removal of license features
• Change in purchased quantity of license
• Change in expiration date of an existing license feature
• License is acquired for the first time and updated with entitlements

Notification of type ‘No Valid License’ cannot be removed. You can navigate to License Notifications tab by clicking the bell icon displayed on browser page.
