Administering Table Views
The display of information in many tables can be set by a user or administrator. Specific views for tables can be created or edited in the Create Table View window, described in the Windchill Help Center. Administrators have the option of making a table view available to all users by selecting the “Publish to all users” check box on the first step, under Set Name, in the Create Table View window.
