Selected People and Places Table
The Selected People and Places table displays the people or locations involved in a Windchill quality workflow.

Both active and inactive users are stored in the system and are available in the search area. A user is active when they can still be assigned a given task. Inactive users are kept for historical purposes.
Actions
The following actions are available from the Selected People and Places table:

Add People or Places to this table
Adds a person or place to the database.
New Person
Create and add a person to the database.

New Place
Creates a place and adds it to the database.
For more information, see Creating People and Places.
Remove People or Places from this table
Removes the person or place from the table. The person or place remains in the database.

Use the table options icon to set table viewing options. Use the find in table icon to search the content of the table.
