The commonspace and workspace Save As workflow includes additional attribute validation and provides immediate feedback when an attribute value violates the business constraints that are defined by the administrator. For example, administrators can configure the default table view to contain all required attributes. If a value is empty, the user is notified about the missing information. The Save As supports creating objects of multiple soft-types. Soft-type error information is provided per row with specific messages about the format and requirements for that object.
