In a Windchill installation, the HttpOnly flag is configured out of the box to mitigate any security risk to the cookies in Windchill. With this HttpOnly flag configuration, the browser protects the cookie from any client-side access. Only the server can access the cookie. If required, you can turn off this out-of-the-box configuration.
