You can automatically sync the upstream structure with the downstream structure using a workflow event.
The Propagate Upstream Changes pane in MAPSB is enhanced to allow for specifying additional search and filter criteria to support automatic generation and maintenance of downstream structure.
You can search for upstream changes based on a change notice created for an upstream part. You can also customize the search criterion to detect the changes made through a promotion request.
In addition to the existing comparison mechanism, you can compare the current iteration and previous iteration of the upstream structure using Duration and Baseline criteria.
The All Changes list includes options to filter the search result using Usage Attributes, Part Attributes, Replaced Parts, and Effectivity. You can also configure the All Changes list to add or remove the existing set of options.
The status information for each change is displayed in the Upstream Changes and Resulting Downstream Changes tables.
