Viewing Alternate Sequences
The Manufacturing Gantt Explorer can be used to view existing alternate sequences that have already been defined in the Process Plan Explorer. For example, to see what effect using a different sequence of operations would have on a process plan. This option only appears when a process plan or sequence has been selected in the navigation pane, and alternate sequences exist for the selected process plan or sequence.
To view alternate sequences:
1. In the Manufacturing Gantt Explorer, select the process plan for which you would like to view alternate sequences.
2. Select > > .
The Alternate Sequence window appears.
3. Use the drop-down list to select an alternate sequence to display in the Gantt Chart Panel.
The drop-down list shows all alternate sequences that are not currently displayed in the panel.
