Viewing Checked Out Objects
The My Checkouts window displays all the view-specific enterprise data and plant-specific functional data objects that are checked out to you in the Plants tab. The following actions are available in the My Checkouts window:
Action

Description
Check in
Check in the selected objects. The checked in objects are associated with a change notice, if specified.
For more information, see Checking In an Object
Undo checkout
Discard the changes made to the selected objects. For more information, see Undoing a Checkout.
Show/hide fields to associate a change notice
Show or hide the user input fields that you can use to associate a change notice with the object that you are checking in. By default, the Change Notice and Change Task user input fields are hidden.
The checked in objects are added to the Resulting Objects table of the specified change task.
*
The relationship constraints specified for the Change Record type in the Type and Attribute Management utility are considered when adding checked in objects to the Resulting Objects table. For more information on relationship constraints, see Relationship Constraints Tab.
Autosuggested options are displayed when searching for a change object. However, only those change objects that are open and on which you have edit access are displayed.
*
The Autosuggest in Object Search preference is used to enable or disable autosuggested options when searching for a change object. To set the maximum number of autosuggested options to be displayed, use the Set Count of Autosuggest Options preference.
If the Autosuggest in Object Search preference is set to No, a search action appears next to the Change Notice and Change Task user input fields. The action displays the search results based on the name or number of the change object entered in the fields.
*
You can modify the search query to display custom list of autosuggested options. For more information, see Customizing Change Object Search.
