Changing Part Quantity

To change the quantity of a part in a structure:

1. In the Structure pane or Uses tab, select the part in the structure whose quantity you want to change.

2. Select Edit Usage Attributes from the toolbar.

The Edit Usage Attributes window opens.

3. Change the value of the Quantity field to the number desired.

4. Select OK.

The part quantity is updated in the structure.

5. If desired, verify the change in the structure using the Visualization tab.

By default, additional quantity does not participate in the build process. If you wish to add these additional occurrences to the corresponding CAD document structure, then you must create occurrences for the new quantity and set their build status.
