如果创建了自己的配置文件，而不是编辑提供的 securityLabelsConfiguration.xml 文件，则必须在 wt.properties 的 wt.access.configuration.securityLabelsConfigurationFile 属性中指定文件的名称和位置。
在 Windchill shell 中，运行以下命令，并用您的配置文件的位置和名称替换 conf/securityLabelsConfiguration.xml：
xconfmanager -s wt.access.configuration.securityLabelsConfigurationFile=
$(wt.home)/conf/securityLabelsConfiguration.xml
-t codebase/wt.properties -p
默认情况下，属性设置为所提供的 securityLabelsConfiguration.xml 文件。如果使用所提供的文件，则不需要指定此属性。
