Insert New Publication Section Dialog Box
The Insert New Publication Section dialog box allows you to add a new section to the current publication.
The Insert New Publication Section dialog box is displayed when you select the position in the publication structure, and then select Insert New > Insert New Publication Section from the toolbar.

Many of the attributes default to the values specified when creating the product.

Displays the current product.
Type
Displays S1000D Publication Section.

Displays this help topic when clicked.
Publication Section Attributes section
Object
Description
Name
Enter the name that appears as the section title in the publication.
Number
The section identifier is automatically generated.
Location
In the Location text box, set the default location where the content for the new data module is stored.

You can browse to a location by clicking the browse button.
You can select the Autoselect Folder option if you are happy to store the data module in the default folder.
View
Select the type of service; this is normally Service.
Apply title from content
If Yes is selected, then the publication title is taken from the content.
Exclude content from output
Select No if you want to include the content associated with the node in the output publication.
Exclude title from Table of Contents
Select No if you want to include the title of the node in the output publication.
Authoring Language
Enter the publication authoring language.
Selected Structure Object
Displays the current publication structure identifier.
Insert Location
Select the position of the new section; for example, As First Child or As Last Child.

Cancels the current operation and closes the dialog box.
