Using the Dragger to Transform or Rotate Parts
You can drag selected parts in the graphics area to translate them, rotate them, or both.
Use the dragger to move or rotate parts. Select the parts in the 3D view to activate the dragger. Drag the relevant dragger element to move or rotate the selected parts. The dragger has preselection highlighting to help you select an element and is centered on the selected part.
You can also set up the dragger for default increments. For translation motion, you can set up the grid increment. For rotational motion, you can set up angular increments. By default, the parts translate or rotate along these intervals.
