Checkpoint Robot
Use the Checkpoint robot node to trigger an email notification to subscribed users.
Notifications are sent to users who have created a Windchill subscription:
• From the Workflow Process Administration utility, select a process and click the subscription icon on the table toolbar.
• Create a subscription to the primary business object. Under Events, select Workflow State Change.

You can use checkpoints to report the time it takes for the workflow to progress. The email notification includes the following information:
• The name of the checkpoint. From the workflow editor, double-click the checkpoint robot to open its properties. Provide a unique value in the Name field.
• The name of the primary business object.
• Information about the workflow process, including the Process Name and Current Process State.
