Interacting with the Naming Service
The Naming Service acts as a traffic director of sorts, using an LDAP directory to provide the Info*Engine servlet, the Info*Engine server, the native adapters, and the Info*Engine gateways a way to locate each other. The Windchill adapter obtains some configuration properties through this service. The Windchill adapter also functions as a server, which means that it looks up other adapters using the Naming Service too.
